Powder coating and undercarriage rust protection in Twin Falls

Wheels, bumpers, brackets, ATV and moto parts, and small fab work. We sandblast in-house, so your parts get stripped, prepped, and coated in one shop. We also spray lanolin-based undercoating to keep rust and road salt off your truck's frame.

What we coat

  • Wheels

Car, truck, trailer and UTV wheels. Tires, weights and TPMS sensors need to come off first.

  • Bumpers & truck parts

Front and rear bumpers, grille guards, headache racks, hitches.

  • Brackets & small parts

Light mounts, tabs, plates, mounts. Batches of the same part welcome.

  • ATV & motorcycle

Levers, covers, pegs, swingarms, racks, skid plates, bare frames.

  • Small fab work

Railing sections, small gates, patio furniture, shop projects.

  • In-house sandblasting

Old paint, rust and coatings come off here before we coat. Included in our prices.

  • Undercoating & rust protection

Lanolin-based undercoating (Woolwax or equivalent) sprayed on frames and undercarriages. It protects against rust, moisture, road salt and road grime, and it's self-healing — it stays soft, so small scrapes and chips fill back in instead of letting water in. Good for trucks, SUVs, campers and Suburban camper builds. Drop it off the same way you would a powder job.

Oven size: our oven fits wheels, bumpers and smaller parts. No full trailers, car frames or large gates. Not sure if it fits? Call with the dimensions.

How it works

  1. 1

    Drop off

Bring your parts in. We look them over and give you a final quote.

  2. 2

    Blast

We sandblast down to clean metal and prep the surface.

  3. 3

    Coat

Powder goes on and gets cured in the oven.

  4. 4

    Pick up

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. Payment at pickup.

Undercoating jobs

Undercoating is different: no blasting and no oven. Drop off the vehicle, we clean the underside, then spray the coating on in the shop over a drip tarp. Most vehicles are done the same day; a wet or very muddy one may need to dry overnight. Final quote after we look underneath.
